Local Government Online Indiana (LoGO) manages the ecommerce web portal for the City of Indianapolis and Marion County, IndyGov.BIZ, formerly known as CivicNet. LoGO is a private contractor that provides online services to the City and County at no cost to taxpayers.
LoGO Indiana is dedicated to providing Indianapolis/Marion County online information and services for its citizens, businesses and governments. Thousands of interactive eGovernment transactions are made possible through dozens of customized online applications. These applications allow businesses and citizens to conduct business with Indianapolis/Marion County via the Internet - no waiting in line, no parking inconvenience, and no mail delay.
LoGO Indiana operates under a self-funded contract in which services are developed and maintained at no up-front cost to City/County taxpayers and agencies. As a private sector partner, LoGO Indiana absorbs the costs of building, hosting and managing online services by charging convenience fees on all online services. LoGO Indiana is an Indianapolis-based wholly owned eGovernment subsidiary of NIC.
